# CLR synthetic lender review

Fictional case: Harborview Precision Fabrication LLC / Prairie Harbor Commercial
Bank. No real borrower information, lender endorsement or funding decision.

Review the lender brief, editable cover memo, analysis and 17 source files in the
synthetic test pack. The request is feedback on usefulness; no account is needed
and nothing is sent to a lender automatically.

For each item, mark **usable**, **minor edits**, or **needs work** and add one example:

1. The borrower, purpose, amount and use of funds are clear.
2. Annual and interim periods, business repayment and household support are kept
   separate and correctly labelled.
3. Important figures can be traced to the original document and location.
4. Conflicts, missing filed-return evidence and uncertain OCR are visible.
5. Planning payment assumptions and unresolved debt structure are clear.
6. The open-item list identifies what the lender would actually request next.

Final questions:

- Which parts would you use in an initial lender conversation?
- What is the single most important missing item?
- Would the brief save preparation time? What would still need rework?

Do not return real borrower files or sensitive financial information by email.
