Is Commercial Loan Ready a lender?
CLR is a preparation workspace. It does not make credit decisions, issue loan offers or submit an application for you. You can compare published lender criteria and separately authorize a limited introduction. A lender determines its own requirements and terms.
What does it cost?
Borrowers use CLR free, without payment details or a borrower subscription. CLR’s business model is funded by lender participation. Institutional participation is $499 USD per month or $4,990 USD per year. Verification and written terms are required before activation or charging.
What do I need to get started?
Request pilot access first. After CLR approves your exact email, create your invited account, confirm your email and answer a few questions about your financing request. You can add documents and financial figures as you gather them, then return to update your brief.
Which document formats can CLR read?
CLR supports common PDFs and scans, Word documents, Excel and OpenDocument files, CSV, text, and images including JPG, PNG, TIFF and HEIC/HEIF. Uploads are limited to 25 MB each; reading limits also apply. Damaged files, complex layouts and unclear scans can produce partial results that require review. Encrypted content must be supplied as an unlocked copy for security screening.
Will CLR contact lenders or pull my credit?
CLR does not pull your credit. Browsing does not share your information. You can download your brief yourself, or review and authorize a limited introduction to a named participating lender. Full documents and the brief are not sent with that introduction.
How are uploads checked?
Uploaded files enter a private quarantine. Reading and downloads are blocked until a malware scan clears the exact stored file. Scans run in batches, so newly uploaded files may wait. A passed scan does not establish authenticity or guarantee that a document is accurate or harmless.
How can I request account or privacy help?
Email commercialloanready@gmail.com from your account email and describe the request without attaching financial documents, passwords or recovery links. CLR must verify your account before acting on private information. Published retention periods and final legal policies are still being completed.
